From the 4 characteristic stone farm houses, entirely renovated following renovations' criteria respectful of old original rural characteristics and architectural details, you can get an unforgettable bird's eye view from woods to the whole valley still rich of many old farm houses and small medieval villages.
The estate spreads over about 20 hectares (woods, olive trees and sowable fields) and is overlooked by the farm holiday complex, a true old rural farm village, situated in a scenic location.

Mantignana village is located 1,5 km from Le Fratte and all major services and shops are available. Le Fratte rents out 5 independent apartments which can sleep from 2 to 5. The apartments are comfortably and well Umbrian style furnished, have tiled floors (typical hand-made cotto), superb beamed ceilings and a collection of old rural tools and equipment that evoke the magical atmosphere of country life. .
